Museum of Jewish Heritage
New York City, New York, USA
Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo Architects, NY in collaboration with Spagnola & Associates, NY designed a stunning and other-worldly dedication at the Museum of Jewish Heritage, in New York City, using a custom designed Lumina™ panel. The panels are illuminated along the top and bottom edges with high intensity white LED lights.
Light emission occurs in a custom gradient pattern that creates a halo around the rows of letters in the center and then gradually fades towards the periphery. The slightly cool temperature of the LED lights offers a starry contrast to the warm glow of the stainless steel dedication.
